Job Role:
· Report directly to and work closely with Finance and or Sales Manager
· Coordinate and generate delivery orders and invoices.
· Packing and counting of products.
· Assist Supervisor with various administrative tasks & work such as billing, tracking of receivables, database management and so on.
· Attending to walk-in/email/phone enquiries and follow up with customers.
Requirement:
1. Minimum Diploma or above
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
3. Pro-active with good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Meticulous and able to work independently.
5. Able to work as soon as possible.
