Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including the management of employee records, processing leave requests, and overseeing the coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures
Handle staff claims, reimbursements and timesheets
Draft and prepare employment verification letters and other official documentation as requested by employees
Responsible for managing work pass-related processes and foreign worker matters, including overseeing the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes while ensuring compliance with local regulations
Handle medical insurance and work injury claims
Manage dormitory-related matters, including overseeing accommodation arrangements, and addressing any issues or concerns related to the dormitory facilities for employees
Resolve employee relation issues
Any other duties assigned
Requirements
Preferably specializing in Human Resources or Business Administration
Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR developments.
Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office
