Requirements :
- Min 5 years in Administrative
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, administrative procedures and HR work
- Diploma in Bussiness/Accounting or equivalent
- Good command of English and Chinese to liaise
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (Xero)
Job Scope:
- must know Full set account
- Support accounting tasks such as invoice/Receipt preparation, invoice payment processing, and incoming cheques processing
- Assist management with administrative duties including document handling, filing, and internal coordination.
- Arrange customer enquiry to the Designer
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions
- Handle general accounting work, such as bank account transactions and company expenses bill payments.
- Handle HR management (eg. work pass application, renewal and cancellation-related matters and IR8A / IR21 submission.)
- Handle any additional tasks as assigned from time to time by management
- Any other miscellaneous.
