Job Responsibilities
Passionate Facilitation
Demonstrate a genuine passion for facilitating and engaging with children and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive environment.
Activity Planning and Execution
Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including camps, monthly events, daily activities, and workshops.
Operational Support
Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility.
Cover shifts as needed to support the overall operations of the children's program.
Customer Interaction
Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly.
Handle reservations and address Member's queries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Administrative Tasks
Perform administrative duties related to the children's program.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Undertake ad hoc tasks and side duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum 'N' Level
Only Singaporean
Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Able to work on shift hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Good communication, interpersonal and Microsoft skills.
Good team player.
