Senior Executive (Supply Chain), East, Manufacturing - #1094688

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign tasks to storekeepers and drivers under his supervision, including managing overtime and arranging replacements for staff on medical leave, vacation, training, or unplanned absences.      

• Ensure accurate store inventory 

• Issue purchase requisition for subcontracting activities 

• Monitor schedule for subcontracting activities   

• Plan training for his Section, motivate and guide his subordinates       

• Maintain discipline and provide input to their performance appraisals     

• Promote positive work environment and team work and ensure everyone is in good working relationship with one another.             

• Recommend / implement continuous improvement programs 

• Ensure work instructions, safety measures and 5S are adhered to by workers 

Requirements

• GCE O' Level or A' Level or equivalent. 

• Experience 3 years experience in inventory control/warehousing preferably in manufacturing sector  

• Good problem-solving, communication (oral & written), leadership and interpersonal skills 

• Knowledge of SAP an added advantage.

• Proficient in MS office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

• Preferably possesses forklift and Class 3 driving license.
