Roles & Responsibilities:

We are offering competitive salaries to hire passionate and dynamic Hip Hop/ Kpop Dance Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines teaching responsibilities with general operations and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

Dance Instruction

• Plan and deliver structured lessons that build both skills, confidence and interest.

• Attend meetings and trainings organised by HQ.

• Conduct lessons and activities based on the plans and school standards set by HQ.

• Prepare students for exams, performances and competitions where necessary.

Operations & Admin Duties

·         Take attendance and maintain student records.

·         Coordinate class schedules and studio use.

·         Manage communications with parents/guardians regarding student progress, events, and policies.

·         Assist with student registration and enrolment processes.

·         Handle basic studio upkeep, such as ensuring equipment and facilities are safe and clean.

·         Conduct parent communication and engagement activities (e.g showcase and parent-teacher meeting)

·         Collaborate with marketing and other dance teacher for marketing and community engagement activities (e,g social media content, community activities, marketing materials and open houses).

Events & Performance Management

• Collaborate with HQ to plan and organize recitals, performances, and competitions.

• Coordinate costumes, music, and props for performances.

• Conduct rehearsals outside of regular class hours.

• Collaborate with other staff or guest choreographers for special events.

Customer Service

• Provide front-line customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and support requests from students, parents, and teachers.

• Assist with general school operations, including maintaining studio cleanliness, monitoring equipment, managing stocks and textbooks, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

• Help ensure smooth studio functioning by updating records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Prior experience teaching dance, especially to young children.

• Strong background in hip-hop or street dance styles.

• Good at engaging and managing children (both local and expat)

• Energetic, patient, and engaging teaching approach

• Availability for weekday or weekend classes (flexible scheduling)
