Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000

We're looking for an experienced Contract Executive to manage contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment. You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, Projects, and Procurement teams to ensure contract terms align with business and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts
Mitigate legal, commercial, and technical risks
Coordinate across departments for cost and project alignment
Support QS activities and sales negotiations

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Law, QS, or related
5+ years in contract management
Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office, ERP (e.g., SAP), and QS tools (e.g., CostX)

Bonus: Familiarity with FIDIC/NEC, and certifications like MRICS or PMP.
