1. Service Engineer (Semiconductor) | Min. Degree

5 days, 9am- 6pm

Salary: $3500- $3800 ; up to $4200 for good experience profiles

Job scope:

• Semiconductor machines startup and installation

• Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing

• Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works

• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

• Attends to customers complaints and provides timely solutions

• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline

• Experience in semiconductor industry is required

• Prior experience in cleanroom fabrication is a must

2. Technician (Semiconductor) | min. Diploma

4 days, 8 hours or 12 hours shift, able to work night shift 
Salary: $2200 - $3500
Address: Woodlands

Job scope:

• Perform semiconductor tools servicing

• Perform tools preventive maintenance

• Assembly parts of machine

• Must be able to work in shift schedule (day / night)
