About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Singmah Steel Refrigeration Pte Ltd in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting our sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the sales team with all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals

• Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

• Attending trade shows, networking events, and other sales-related activities to promote the company and its products

• Continuously learning about the industry, our products, and our competitors to enhance your sales expertise

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the steel refrigeration industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools

• A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude

• A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the company
