M&E Coordinator - #1094344

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure they follow project plans, timelines, and specifications.

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and related components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that M&E works meet safety and quality standards.

• Act as the main contact for M&E-related matters, working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Review and align M&E drawings with structural and architectural plans.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards for all M&E works, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of relevant M&E coordination experience.

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

• Familiar with construction drawings, project specifications, and technical documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
