Job Summary:

• Location: Islandwide

• Salary: Basic up to $4500

• AWS and VB

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes sales activity programs within assigned sales area based on departmental guidelines.

• Regularly visits existing partners to review sales performance, forecasts, deliveries, and marketing plans.

• Identifies and approaches potential distributors/dealers, presenting product features, pricing, and service models.

• Provides ongoing product and customer support, including marketing initiatives and sales guidance.

• Prepares and assists in the commercial aspects of distributor/dealer contracts.

• Investigates complaints and business opportunities, proposing and executing follow-ups.

• Collects and reports on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and regulations.

• Oversees sales-related coordination across departments and with clients, including budgeting and planning.

• Develop B2B opportunities in Oil & Gas and diversify into supporting sectors such as shipyards, marine propulsion, and offshore engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with knowledge in cogeneration and/or HVAC systems like heat pumps.

• Candidate from Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.

• Proven experience in sales and technical support, especially through distributor or dealer networks.

• Open to overseas travel for business purposes.
