ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for daily inventory order operations and timely replenishment.
Responsible to source for best Singapore market price to maintain the competitive price and quality.
Complete the daily purchase order in time & completely, avoid return or any complaint from customer, produce the maximum profit without compromising quality.
Responsible for final check of high-volume quotation to guarantee high order rate, offer timely and competitive cost for quotation center’ and urgent support for sales.
Coordinate with warehouse and Operation Department for delivery arrangement.
Analyse the Rejected Item report, feedback to quotation team or sales to decrease the rejected item rate in next supply.
Evaluate and remark supplier credit note in ERP upon goods return note.
Familiar with our own stocks and as preference to quote and sell to customer.
Enlarge marine stores basic product knowledge constantly and expertise in certain scope of marine products.
Full compliance with non-bribery agreement of RMS and Anti-corruption Policy.
Assist to optimize purchasing channel by developing advantaged local resources;
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or above in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
2 years and above working experience
Good communication skills and team-work awareness, strong sense of responsibility
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Strong interpersonal skills
Good in English speaking, listening, writing and reading
Working knowledge and experience with MS Office
Disciplined, Honest and Integrity
Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to work very efficiency
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion. Attention to detail, multi-tasking and strong follow through required
Strong time management ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
Having respect for colleagues;
Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a matrixed organization
Able to adapt to changing demands and conditions.
