Responsibilities:
· Manage, route and respond to enquiries and feedback daily
· Generate feedback management reports weekly or whenever required
· Maintain feedback database and ensure concise information shared regularly
· Carry out daily media monitoring and tracking
· Assist call centre in answering calls and walk-in enquiries
· Handle residents' queries at the Customer Service counter
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ level with good command of English
· Able to generate reports using Microsoft Excel and manage feedback database
· At least 3 years’ experience in feedback management and call centre role
· Prior township and/or feedback management experience will be an added advantage
