Enquiry Executive - #1094433

As our Enquiry Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring zip blind solutions. Your role is to convert incoming enquiries into appointments and eventually sales. 

• Handle inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.

• Provide cost estimates to prospects based on floor plan and measurement

• Schedule on-site appointments or showroom for the sales team

• Use CRM tools to update lead statuses and follow-up schedule

• Work with marketing and operation to provide feedback on common customer questions

• Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover or conflict resolution 

• Assist with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or admin roles is a plus

• Strong written communication skills (English & bonus if bilingual)

• Strong sense of urgency when it comes to response time.

• Fast, organized, and able to multitask in a busy digital environment
  Proficient in WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days in lieu) will be a big plus
