1. Air Export Manager (Must currently working as Air Export Manager)
Working Location:   Alps Ave (Changi)
Working hours:  Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
Basic Salary:  $4000-$5600

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Air Export Ops (Local team + Offshore Business process outsourcing [BPO]  team in Manila) who execute and handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB (House Air Waybill), MAWB (Master Air Waybill), invoices, packing lists, permits and pre-alerts to destination office / origin shipper

• Lead a team of hybrid Export Ops + Customer Service for out of office hour and weekend activities (Critical Response Team – CRT)

• Manage resources and manpower deployment especially during weekend and PH

• Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time 

• Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with relevant export regulations 

• Track and trace export shipments, proactively provide updates to internal customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies 

• Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier / network invoices & disputes

• Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Support the Senior Ops Manager for process re-engineering improvements and ad hoc operational tasks 

• Maintaining knowledge of, and compliance with, international trade laws and regulations

• Documenting and maintaining records of all export transactions and ensure accuracy in all company databases and freight management system

• Assist the Senior Ops Manager to handle and manage Air Freight Terminal matters and escalations.

• Involved in new customer or process implementation and SOP maintenance 

• Train and coach new staffs on board for export activities 

Requirements

• Min. 2–3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations 

• Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs/export regulations 

• Familiar with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network) 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One, or equivalent)

2. Airfreight Customer Services
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)

• Provide timely shipment updates to customers

• Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements

• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents

• Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners

• Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics

• Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation

• Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
