Department: Strategic Planning Department
Reports to: HR Senior Executive
Functional Relationships with:
All departments in the company
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will be involved in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Involve and support Digital transformation activities and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
To support the team in understanding data reporting and analysis requirements from various departments.
Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
Support in preparing action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.
Ability/Competency Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT programming skills will be an added advantage
