About the Role
We’re looking for a cheerful and dependable Customer Service Officer to join our tuition centre's front-desk team. As the first point of contact for our students and parents, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, calls, and enquiries
Assist with student registration, class scheduling, payment processing, and other administrative tasks
Explain our tuition programs clearly and confidently to parents and prospects
Follow up with parents on attendance, payments, and student matters when needed
Work closely with teammates to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for students and parents
Provide a positive and cheerful customer experience in line with our service values
Occasionally assist at other centre locations when required
Working Hours
You will be working a fixed 5-day schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Off days are fixed on Friday and Saturday

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel between centres occasionally when necessary
Must be able to commit to the stated fixed working hours
