Senior/ Research Analyst (Contract) - #1094301

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support various research projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will contribute to evidence-based research and help develop insights that inform policies, interventions, or solutions in healthcare and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings from research studies.

• Assist in designing and implementing research projects, including data collection and analysis.

• Use statistical and analytical tools to process and interpret data.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and data analysts.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Applied Math, Epidemiology, Psychology, Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

• Prior research experience in healthcare or related areas is preferred.

• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS).

• Familiarity with data management and security best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience conducting research in healthcare, public health, or digital health.

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in research is an advantage.

• Understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and digital health initiatives.
