Installation Proposal Engineer (Submarine Power Cable) - Jurong - #1094409

•  Position : Installation Proposal Engineer (Marine Installation /Submarine Power Cable / Tender)

•  Location : Jurong East (Bus nearby)

•  Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday,9-6

•  Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + AWS  + $150 Transportation Allowance

• Duration : Perm

•  Industry : CABLES INSTALLATION 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documentation, technical specifications, and survey data

• Develop technical solutions, collaborate with departments, and prepare RFQs for subcontractors

• Evaluate proposals, negotiate with subcontractors, and finalize solutions

• Prepare installation costs, risk assessments, and technical documentation

• Participate in negotiations and clarification meetings with customers

• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures

• Provide technical assistance during contract execution and project stages

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline

• Proactive, problem-solving, and target-oriented with good team working skills

• Experience in proposal engineering, marine installation, or similar roles

• Familiarity with software like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel

• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
