Job Description

Join our team as a Logistics Assistant at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will assist with receiving, sorting, and tracking goods, while ensuring accurate documentation and following safety protocols. This role offers a great chance to develop skills in logistics, particularly in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Stock Taking & Receiving: Assist with receiving, tallying, and checking of goods

• Goods Packing & Sorting: Pack and sort goods for outgoing shipments

• Cargo Survey: Conduct cargo surveys to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing cargo

• Safety & Security: Follow all operations, safety, and security SOPs

• System Accuracy: Ensure goods are received and released accurately both physically and in the system

Work Schedule (schedule rotated between team members)

• AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Rotating Weekend Shifts: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (or as per roster)

Requirements

• 'O' Levels or equivalent

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Basic MS Office skills

• Strong attention to detail and good physical stamina
