IT Support Officer (Monitoring and Maintenance) | $ 4000 |12-hour shifts! - #1094258

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary technical assistance and support to end-users for live systems, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.

• Resolve software issues related to remote devices, servers, networks, Monitoring the system, maintenance and security systems to maintain system integrity and security.

• Maintain systems by performing routine checks, updates/patching, and configurations as required.

• Generate reports based on system performance and user requirements.

• Assist users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support or relevant teams.

• Support users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries to ensure smooth and secure access to systems and resources.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification

• Technical expertise in Windows Server Management/Administration (Server 2019), and Windows OS

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Experience with network and security systems is preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in adhering to standard operating procedures and contributing to their development.

• Willingness and availability to work on shifts.

More Information: 

• 2 days work 2 days off or 3 days 3 days off 9am – 9pm or 9pm – 9am.

• Shift allowance (per month) + OT Allowances
