RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Asist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
- Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
- Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.
- Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificate/leave forms etc. to main office.
- Assist is receiving & checking on incoming goods & deliveries.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· GCE ‘O’ Level
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience
· Resourceful and innovative
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for details
· Well-organized, systematic & meticulous.
· Willing to learn coupled with positive working attitude.
· Able to work 6 days work week and on PH/CNY
· Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
