Our client, a MNC in Jurong East is looking for an Temp Accounts Officer (AP) to join them! This will be a 1 yr contract (Starting off with a 3 Months Contract). Candidate with relevant academic certification (Accounting or Finance) without experience are welcome to apply!
Job Scope
- Handle monthly account settlements, including double entries of freight transactions.
- Monitor outstanding account items and follow up on disputed items.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOA) for Accounts Payable (AP).
- Review and verify invoice submissions in the procurement system (Tenderboard).
- Prepare necessary documents for expense recovery and reimbursement.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the manager.
Requirement
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, partial set experience are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the SAP accounting system, with strong IT skills.
- Able to commit for 3 months starting ASAP
Location: Jurong East (Transport Provided near MRT)
Salary: Up to $2800
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
