• Locations: Tuas / Orchard / Boon Lay

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you'll be involved in various HR functions – from recruitment to onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and more. You'll play a key role in supporting our team and helping to build a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage full employee lifecycle (360 HR) including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

• Handle payroll inputs, leave administration, and HR documentation

• Support performance management and training coordination

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation

• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience handling end-to-end HR matters

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related field

• Good knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws

• Strong communication, people, and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
