Responsibilities :

• Take over projects from the tender/sales team for execution.
• Define project scope, create schedules, and prepare submission lists.
• Design, review, and submit drawings and documents for approval.
• Track submissions and follow up for timely approvals.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower requirements and coordinate site activities with the construction team.
• Maintain project schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Manage customer expectations, attend meetings, and document discussions.
• Control project costs and handle scope changes with proper approvals.
• Process progress claims and follow up on approvals.
• Escalate challenges to management for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Organize Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and resolve punch list items.
• Provide customer training and manage handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Organize necessary safety training and adhere to project quality plans.

Requirements :

• More than 3 years of project management experience in related field
• Experienced in handling multiple projects
• Possess effective organizational and follow up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
