•  Position : Customer Service Executive (Shipping/Air Freight)- Changi Airfreight

• Location : Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby

• Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry :  Transport & Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments.

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support.

• Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airwaybill.

Requirements:

• Min O/N levels or equivalent.

• Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage.

• Patient, able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.

• On the job training will be provided.

• Willing to work in Changi Airfreight Centre

• Computer skills in Ms Office.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
