Warehouse Executive (Government Project) - #1094027

Job Summary:

• 8.00AM to 5.45PM (Mon – Fri)

• VB and Performance Bonus

• Up to $4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Executive in charge and provide support in the following areas:

• Manage customer day-to-day operational demands, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved promptly.

• Ensure email correspondence is handled appropriately, with critical communications filed for future reference.

• Collaborate with the Executive in charge to optimize warehouse space utilization and plan for future needs, including daily checks on operations to ensure safe and efficient stock storage.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying system locations, ensuring proper labeling, and conducting regular cycle counts with the operations team.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports such as space utilization, inventory aging, KPI, and manpower status reports in a timely manner.

• Assist in preparing monthly billing details when required and submit them to the Executive in charge.

• Enforce team discipline and ensure compliance with company and regulatory SOPs (e.g., QEHS, safe work practices) while maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

• Support periodic audit checks by providing requested information promptly, addressing auditor queries, and implementing corrective measures for highlighted areas.

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience

• Possess minimum N Level

• Preferable with Class 3 license
