POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive will oversee and handle the operational responsibilities of orders for HAQT, such as processing and ensure that orders / shipments to turnover, establish a project timeline, monitor the project costs, quality, and delivery. Initiate and lead efforts to develop innovative solutions to unique and/or complex business challenges. Counsels’ business on risk of customer terms and approvals required accordance to business policies.
Executive do fits well into the act of taking customer’s (Internal and External) needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance before, during and after the customer’s requirement are met. Executive need to identify/raise and work with the manager in establishing the necessary controls and generating reports as and when needed, and other tasks assigned. He/She will also be responsible for providing support to an organization or individual on wide range of tasks related to office management, communication, and organization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Order processing, preparation of delivery / shipping documents, invoicing, and Project Controlling.
Acting as the control point for document submissions and archiving relating to each project.
Ensuring all orders are executed promptly to customer requirements, while controlling cost and delivery relate to the order.
Clearly communicating with the customers on any changes to orders, non-conformance management items, delivery issues, etc.
Assisting in planning out cost incurred monthly and ahead for revenue recognition.
Assisting in tracking project gross margins (GM’s), change order management, and those projects considered to be at risk of delay or cancellation.
Preparation of Monthly Project Status Review Report for monthly Project Meeting.
Counsels’ business on risk of customer terms and approvals required in accordance to business policies.
Preparation of required documents for letter of credits negotiations.
Provide customer services enquiries to internal and external customer.
Partner cross-functionally team members to facilitate decision necessary for project delivery and prioritization
Document, monitor and audit on internal controls.
Following up on payment for the handled project.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW WILL BE USED IN THE JOB POSTING PROCESS)
FORMAL EDUCATION: Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting or related discipline
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years related experience in a similar position and organization with exposure to business process
Relevant experience in business administration / process or operations management involves order process, Sales backend process and project / cost controlling is a strong plus
Understand Percentage of Completion and Point of Time revenue recognition is a strong plus
Detailed oriented, and able to plan and keep track of project schedules well
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical skills, accurate and attention to detail
Independent, analytical, stress-tolerant, goal-oriented, diligent, and able to multi-task.
Effective time-management skills.
Strong team player, good teamwork skills and team player to forge relationships with the related teams.
Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and ERP knowledge

Required and Preferred : Microsoft Office, Good Communications and Interpersonal Skills, Multitasking Skills, Problem Solving, Invoicing, Project Management, Meticulous and service-oriented, Project Coordination, Logistics Experience, ERP knowledge
