Job Highlights

• Position Title: Assistant Service Engineer / Service Technician

• Salary: basic up to 3.5k + AWS + VB + OT (Good OT + Additional daily Meal & Transport Allowance)

• Company Transport:  Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT

• Working Hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for commercial cleaning equipment and heavy machinery. Work with AC & DC motors, lead acid & lithium batteries, and electrical control circuits.

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers.

• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical serving, troubleshooting, overhauling.

• Prior customer support experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

• A local driving license is an advantage.
