Job description:

• Manage daily setup and operation of production systems to fulfill time-sensitive order demands efficiently.

• Continuously improve existing automated production systems through mechanical, electronic, automation, and digital control upgrades and configurations.

• Conceptualize and develope systems and equipment to enhance mass production capabilities for a diverse range of ready-to-eat meals.

• Upheld the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation within the production facility.

• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Ensure strict compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the central kitchen to support seamless end-to-end operations.

• Prepare operational documentation, conducted training sessions, and submitted regular performance and maintenance reports.
