We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Insurance Claims Executive/Officer to manage and support our vehicle insurance claims process from start to finish. This role ensures excellent customer service while coordinating repairs, documentation, and claims approval with insurers and internal teams.

Key Objectives:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support and timely vehicle delivery.

  • Coordinate claims approvals and repair processes efficiently.

  • Gather and organize required documents and evidence for claims.

  • Ensure repair estimates are accurate and parts are prepared for inspection.

  • Communicate repair needs to the Body & Paint Workshop effectively.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer service needs and advise on repair scope, cost, and duration.

  • Collect necessary documentation and approvals before and after repairs.

  • Assist with insurance claims, including accident e-filing and guiding customers on procedures.

  • Liaise with insurers on liability decisions, follow up, and escalate when needed.

  • Assess damage with Estimators, finalize claim values, and prepare documents for submission.

  • Create repair orders and coordinate with workshop supervisors on timelines.

  • Secure customers’ belongings and ensure proper handover upon vehicle return.

  • Coordinate with parts team to reserve or order required parts.

  • Keep customers updated on claims and repair progress.

  • Conduct final checks before delivery and walk through completed work with the customer.

General Duties:

  • Handle complaints and escalate when higher authority intervention needed.

  • Maintain strong communication with insurers and internal teams.

  • Organize claim files for easy access and team support.

  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

  • Support colleagues and assist with company needs when directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Attained minimum Certificate in Moto Vehicle or equivalent

  • Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills

  • Meticulous, committed and a strong team player

  • Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently
