Role Overview:

This role will responsible in managing the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight arrangements. This position requires close coordination with supply chain teams, freight forwarders, and customers to maintain smooth shipping operations.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am -5.30pm)

• Location: Gul Circle (With company transport from Boon Lay and Lakeside MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the freight forwarding and shipments arrangements

• Negotiate freight charges and establish shipping schedules.

• Coordinate with supply chain teams and forwarders for timely shipments.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents in compliance with L/C requirements.

• Keep customers updated on shipment statuses and address inquiries.

• Verify invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.

• Provide freight cost information to the sales department.

• Maintain organized shipping records and correspondence.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• With 2 years of relevant experience (experience in handling Dangerous Goods) is an advantage

• With relevant experiences in handle Letter of Credit (L/C) is an added advantages

• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures
