Job Responsibilities:
Assist in organising and preparing documents for briefing, responding to inquiries.
Coordinator the award process, including preparing of letters and statement.
Manage the claims verification, grant management and change request process.
Ensure that claim documents are complete and substantiated, track project submission requirements, assist with audits, and ensure timely submission of all necessary document.
Liaise with grantees for any missing information or clarification.
All ad-hoc works as assigned by supervisors.
Period:
2 years outsourced contract
Location:
Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided at Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Salary:
Up to $3200
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, finance or operations.
Grant administration and processing experience is a plus.
Organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to details and accuracy and ability to handled multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills.
