4. 跟过博主，做过【爆款】视频优先考虑。 / Priority will be given to those who have followed bloggers and made [viral] videos.

5. 有编导思维，对脚本有较高的理解能力，并能根据内容制作高效且效果好的视频。 / Have editorial thinking, have a high understanding of scripts, and can produce efficient and effective videos based on content.

6. 有网感并喜欢刷抖音、快手、B站等软件。 / Have a strong understanding of online trends and enjoy using platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and Bilibili.
