Job Description:

• Able to read & interpret tender specifications/ drawings

• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing

• Responsible for the preparation of a complete mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, including tabulate pricing, sourcing of supplier, BQ take-off and Value Engineering, etc.

• Responsible for collating tender documents for submission

• Perform administrative duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with proven track record

• Interdependent with good communication skills

• Must possess good working attitude with self-motivation and commitment

• Possess competency in using Word, Excel, PDF converter, MS Projects etc
