Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services.
Conduct business development calls, client visits, and presentations to pitch tailored logistics solutions.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable service offerings, including pricing and operational capabilities.
Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts; follow through to deal closure.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategy.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Ad- hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of logistics services (e.g., sea/air freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery).
