Get to Know the Role
The position involves comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Responsibilities include managing the current system setup, troubleshooting issues during daily operations, and facilitating to design, modify, implement, and test change requests and additional enhancements. The role encompasses leading ERP system optimization, driving improvements and maintaining system performance. Additional tasks involve in integrating this ERP system with data warehouse and other application, creating Power BI reports, managing Azure tenants, and ensuring projects to be timely delivered within budget. The position requires participation in design and documentation reviews, staying updated on Microsoft cloud technology advancements, and implementing cost-saving and productivity improvement measures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Understand the business process of the company and how it is integrated with the modules of Dynamics 365 for Financial & Operations system.
- Provide technical support for daily operation on Dynamics 365. Troubleshoot and maintain the system to ensure its full functionality and reliability.
- Assist in design, modify, implement and test new system enhancements required by the users, and collaborate with vendors for on-time deliveries.
- Manage and improve the integration between other cloud applications and streamline process flow with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Enable Dynamics 365 into data warehouse and build customized Power BI reports for the users.
- Manage and configure Azure tenant space.
- Project management on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on timely delivery of the project and within budget.
- Participate in design and documentation reviews, update management on work progress and deviations.
- Share experience in Dynamics 365 with other company sites and provide guidance for future global-wise implementation.
Skills and Competencies Profile
- Hands-on experiences in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financial & Operations system, including module configuration and deployment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
- Ability to create technical documents and develop simple interfaces to innovate the utilization of the ERP data.
- Creative thinker, proactive and able to demonstrate excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work with diverse range of functional teams and service partners.
- Independent, self-starter and outcome driven, with good written, communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in Supply Chain industry management, with knowledge of Finance and Manufacturing is a big advantage.
