Key Responsibilities:
Execute operations according to SOPs for efficient processes.
Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure data accuracy in system records.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of customer service OR operations experience in freight forwarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & verbal) to effectively converse with English and Mandarin clients in Singapore and overseas.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure.
