Title: Investment Analyst

About the Client and Role:

Private Equity fund in Asia
Renewable energy, Climate, Infrastructure mandate
Travel is required

Responsibilities:

Support the Climate and renewables team on transactions in Asia
Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities or potential acquisitions
Perform market research that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
Conduct due diligence for transactions including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk
Prepare screening and investment committee memos
Assist the team in all matters related to a deal – close, documentations, structuring

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of investment experience in private equity or investment banking within the climate, renewables or infrastructure sector.
Strong experience with execution of transactions through closing.
Proven financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
Exceptional negotiations and communication abilities.
Ability to speak multiple Asian languages will be highly beneficial.
Ability to travel.
