JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Finance Analyst

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Experience in IFRS understanding and GAAP understanding

At least 5 years of experience in IT company

Experience in working with Cash Flow Reports

Role & Responsibility

• Ensure enterprise-wide Business Reporting on Day 1 Closing and organizational structural changes in project report
• Drive competitor analysis for like-to-like KPI’s across industries and domain specific growth degrowth trends.
• Responsible for functional KPI’s related to RMG & HR (HC & Efforts) like Utilization, T&M No Billing, Billed to Accrual %, UBR -UER, Pyramid Mix, Offshore Leverage
• Management reporting & process enabler for Ops review KPI's and leadership reviews.
• Data analytics, branch management across DC parameters , SOP creation across Admin, Finance, HR and IS functions, driving regional and corporate initiatives and key stakeholder in creating a safe, secure and complaint branch.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate digital tools and platforms into existing financial systems, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.
• Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions among finance teams, providing training and support as needed.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor digitization solutions to meet their needs effectively.
• Actively engage with the business to understand financial statement performance and identify trends, take proactive approach to align continuous improvement projects with financial objectives.

Must Have

• Experience in IFRS understanding and GAAP understanding
• Experience of enterprise-wide Business Reporting on Day 1 Closing and organizational structural changes in project report
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting
• At least 5 years of experience in IT company
• Experience in working with Cash Flow Reports

Good to have

• Hands on experience on Qlik Dashboards
• Experience in Digitization and Automation of reporting
