Your role

• Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
• Develop marketing and ticketing strategies to maximize event promotion and audience engagement.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of events, including fan meetings, concerts, and festivals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to enhance event success and brand visibility
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies
• Use insights to inform business and event planning decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve business and event objectives.
• Oversee budget planning and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that enhance brand awareness and event success
• Create engaging content to grow social media platforms.
• Analyse performance data and refine strategies to optimize engagement and reach

To succeed in this role

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, event management, or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment or events industry
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large-scale events, and developing marketing strategies
• Expertise in creating marketing and ticketing strategies to maximize event promotion and audience engagement
• Strong financial acumen to oversee budget planning, ensure cost-effective resource allocation, and maximize ROI
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to details
• Collaborative team player that has the business objectives in mind and constantly works toward it
