Oversee Project team and ensure that project is completed on time and within budget

Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships

Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage

Minimum 20 years of experience in construction industry, and 10 years’ experience as project manager/

Director for the execution of infrastructure projects, preferably the LTA projects.

Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control and risk management skills

Leadership skills and track record of managing complex tasks in a team context

Motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive and commitment to deliver in line with targets

Excellent communications and influencing skills.

PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
