Sales Executive ( Food Industry / business development ) - #1093438

Responsibilities:

• Support to implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and increase revenue within the food production sector.

• Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and establish new business relationships through networking, cold calling, and industry research.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's food products, features, uses, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their requirements.

• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to secure profitable deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for business growth.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, finance and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food trading industry.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry or related industry.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends

• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Possess Class 3 driving license with own transport is an added advantage.
