Facilities Engineer/Assistant Facilities Engineer - #1093399

Responsibilities:

• To manage the maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.

• Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.

• Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.

• Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.

• Prepare monthly report.

• Prepare quotation for minor and FM works.

• Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.

• Handling duties and responsibilities related to facilities and engineering.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.

• Min. 2 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.

• Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must be comfortable working 5.5 days work week.

• Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites when required.
