Responsibilities:
1. Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
2. The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers
3. Expect and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquires
4. Handling guest departure and arrival gate duties to ensure flight on time and Safety
5. Ensure daily flight information reports including audit flight billing reports are completed and compiled for daily reporting and monthly data analysis
6. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by passengers
7. Responding to Airport Operational and Flight Safety; Ticketing and reservation knowledge and One-line E-commerce handling.
8. Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues
9. Cargo Administrative duties, including Cargo operations matters
10. Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service; effective with the ancillary services products
11. General Administrative skill for office admin duties
12. Perform other duties assigned by management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
13. Willing to work shift, weekend and Public Holidays
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
Self-motivation and team player
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Immediate starters preferred.
