Logistics Operation Manager - #1093267

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of the operations of cross - border business in Singapore, covering air freight, sea freight, land transportation, international express, etc. Be responsible for the entire process of operations including export pick - up, booking, order tracking, import customs clearance, and delivery.
2. Handle various anomalies occurring in daily operations. Communicate with service providers or customers in a timely manner to effectively solve problems and ensure a good customer experience.
3. Manage the operational quality of service providers, ensure the achievement of operational KPIs, and continuously optimize operational processes and operational costs.
4. Maintain the operational data of business systems such as ITMS, including order creation, vehicle information maintenance, and the maintenance of shipping and delivery times.

Job Requirement

1. 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in air and sea freight operations. Those familiar with the knowledge of the international freight forwarding industry are preferred.
2. Proficient in Mandarin are preferred.
