About this Role:

As the Strategy Lead of the team, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our agency — someone who can turn complex business problems into clear, inspiring direction for our creative and account teams. You’ll work closely with the creative and account team to be an unit that drives new business pitches, builds brand frameworks, and uncovers the kind of insights that make work smarter, braver, and more effective. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Frameworks: Develop brand, comms, and campaign strategy frameworks that guide new business pitches and live accounts — from audience insights to creative territories.
  • Creative Collaboration: Think strategic first and be able to work closely with the creative team to form a tight strategic-creative duo. Help inspire big, brave, and effective creative ideas based on the strategic blueprint that you have set.
  • Research & Insight Mining: Gather cultural, consumer, and category insights to uncover meaningful truths that unlock differentiated brand positioning.
  • Pitch Leadership: Own the strategic leg in new business pitches — turning briefs into actionable, compelling strategies that win hearts (and wallets).


Who You Are:

  • 6+ years in a strategy/planning role at a creative agency, brand consultancy, or similar environment
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both in decks and conversations
  • Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  • A builder mindset — keen to shape the agency’s strategic offering and grow with it
  • Curious, collaborative, and strategy-driven
