The Opportunity

We are supporting a global client with a growing footprint and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring processes for professional and managerial roles, delivering top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced hire roles across various functions
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through proactive search, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring alignment and efficiency

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and HR business partners
  • Advise on talent availability, market trends, and hiring best practices
  • Represent the client's brand effectively in a competitive market

Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Share regular updates and recruitment metrics with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience


What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in experienced hires recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO)
  • Strong understanding of the job market and talent landscape
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
