Analyst/Associate, Real Estate Private Equity - #1093081

Redpath Partners (Singapore) is currently mandated with a Global Private Equity firm on an Analyst or Associate hire into their Real Estate Team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior team in the execution of new investments in the region and maintaining and monitoring existing corporate and portfolio investments.
• Identify, research, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Evaluating prospective deals and assisting due diligence efforts on real estate investment transactions including market research, financial analysis and asset valuation.
• Financial modeling and analyzing potential investments by building asset, portfolio and corporate models.
• Conduct financial and business diligence (e.g. industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects).
• Preparation of documentation of investment analysis including investment memos and PowerPoint presentations to the Investment Committee and other key partners for approval
• Perform market benchmarking to track relative performance, industry trends/country data in the property sector.
• Supports ad hoc value-added projects working with team members throughout the life of the investment.
• Supporting deal origination, business development, operations, and marketing activities

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Masters / at least bachelor's degree; in finance, economics, real estate or a related field
• Investment professional background with 2-4 years of experience working at an investment bank in real estate or top global real estate PE.
• Strong analytical, modelling and quantitative capabilities.
• Ability to think creatively and articulate complex messages and ideas simply and clearly.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise writing skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized; ability to juggle many projects and meet deadlines.

SGD 140,000 - SGD 180,000 Salary + Bonus
