Job Mission:
To support the Merchandising team on stock allocation and rebalancing.
Partner with the Buyers to actively manage inventory levels and support efficiency KPIs.
Manage tasks in Wholesale and Licenses and Worldwide sourcing.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ALLOCATOR AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
(DOS, OUTLET, LICENSES, FRIENDS AND FAMILY SALE)
- Perform daily the replenishment & allocation from local WH to stores (3x a week).
- Actively analyzing sales data and keeping the right level of stock in each store.
- Ensure optimized inventory through Stock Rebalancing across Countries for all categories twice a month and on an ad hoc basis when needed.
- Reporting to HQ Planning department updates on Efficiency KPIs in monthly business reviews.
- Provide inventory visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team for store openings, launches and events.
- Work with merchandisers to secure correct level of Inventory for new store opening,
renovations and events.
- Assist in orders and replenishment of licensed products, communicating with the suppliers.
Customer Service to Wholesale clients
- Defective stock management and spare part order, communicating with HQ on each case.
Worldwide sourcing for Direct stores (Uomo categories):
- Client request management, working with HQ merchandising and customer service.
- Update the Client Request file and informing the stores about the status & ETA of every request.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skill & Personnel Quality:
- Detail oriented.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent English skill both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, enthusiasm and results-focus.
- A team player supporting the retail and internal office communities.
Qualification:
- Diploma and above
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistic departments.
